Return Process
- 1.Raise a Request
Log into your account and navigate to 'My Orders' to select the item you wish to return, or contact our customer support team via email within 7 days of receipt.
- 2.Upload Evidence
Provide clear images or a short video of the product, including the outer packaging and the invoice, to help our team verify the damage or discrepancy.
- 3.Quality Check
Once your request is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup. Our warehouse team will inspect the item to ensure it is in its original, unused condition with all tags intact.
- 4.Refund or Replacement
Upon successful verification, we will initiate a full refund to your original payment method or dispatch a fresh replacement product at no additional cost.
